Even humans blame God for their foolishness and failures and errors, like some lunatic American Pastors said God sent Hurricane Katrina to wreck havoc in the Gulf Coast and kill scores of people in New Orleans?

2004- 244 People were killed
2005- ?
2006- 345 People have been killed.
WHY?
