pray! how did such a man who could not express himself in english land a job in our oil fields wiht thousands of unemployed graduates roaming the streets?

Most of those so called expatriates are technicians in their home countries. When they come to Nigeria, they are elevated and celebrated over seasoned and experienced graduates.
